Dispatched items are not subject to cancellation, exchange, or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Each item undergoes a quality check by our professionals before shipment and delivery.
If a product appears defective or damaged, it must be reported to the delivery agent and subsequently addressed to customer care with proof attached and sent to newvintageerafurniture@gmail.com.
We will repair defective or damaged products within 7 days at the delivery address. No refund or return will be provided.
The purchaser placing the order must ensure awareness of product dimensions, as replacement is not applicable if the item does not fit through hallways or entrances.
The customer must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the products.
